Our vetting

- Proposed team shape and rate ranges (2 business days).
- Shortlist with CVs and code samples (~1 week).
- You interview and approve every person.
- Two-week trial on real work.
- Monthly billing; scale up, down or swap with notice.
Contracts and IP
Work is done under NDA, with intellectual property assigned to you and security requirements written into the agreement.
How we make money
Partners pay us a fee, or we bill you directly at an agreed monthly rate that includes our management: either way, you see the rate before anyone starts.
